Xander looked at Trueman in front of him.

He smiled, showing two small baby teeth.

Trueman’s eyes were red.

He was injected with V16 and survived, which made him feel selfishly good, but when he actually faced the moment of separation, Trueman suddenly understood what was being said on the Internet –

Nora and Justin Hunt could turn Trueman directly to the special department.

But Trueman saved Xander twice in addition to Pete’s life?

Trueman nodded and stood up, “As of now, we’re even.”

Justin said, “The car is at the door.”

Nora looked down and smiled suddenly, “If I said I never trusted Caleb, would you believe it?”

Trueman was taken aback.

Nora said, “At first, he just showed up in the capital, then he was arrested and humiliated because of me. I went to rescue him. You may not know, but later, Morris told me that everyone who bullied him died in a fire. After the investigation, he thought it was me or Justin, but we’re both not that cruel.”

Even though these people were bad people, in New York, they would never break the law!

They were good law-abiding citizens. At most, they would teach them a lesson, and they wouldn’t cause any deaths.

So the only possibility left was that Caleb had murdered them to vent his hatred.

After walking down the stairs and getting into the car Justin had prepared for him, Peter looked nervously at Nora and Justin, “Mom and Dad, is Xander really going to die?”
